The files of pictures shown on The Houston Calendar web site have been decreased
significantly in size to reduce the time it takes to download the pictures on to your screen. Thus, the quality
of the pictures on your screen has also been decreased. This will become obvious when the pictures are printed
directly from your computer. The Houston Calendar uses the original picture files to create better quality hard
copies for your personal use. All pictures are archived for one year and then deleted.
TO SELECT PICTURES:
To select pictures go to the picture gallery and click on an event. A picture album will pop up with
a blue background. Pictures are numbered from left to right on each row. The first row has pictures 1 through 6.
The second row has pictures 7 through 12. Continue numbering other pictures accordingly.
TO ORDER PICTURES:
To order pictures email us at thehoucal@cs.com the name and date of event
and the picture numbers. In this email state the format in which you wish to receive this picture.
FORMATS:
Email picture attachment - The original picture file will be emailed to any email address you wish.
Personalized photo print - The original picture file will be used to print a 4 x 6 picture on a 8 1/2 by 11 glossy sheet.
This print may be personalized anyway you wish. For instance, names of persons in the picture may be printed anywhere on the sheet.
